The housekeeping did a commendable job, although some room sheets could have been fresher, and a more modern touch to the towels would enhance the overall experience. I appreciated the 24-hour reception, where the staff, especially Bunty at the front desk, was quite helpful. The added perks like free Wi-Fi and in-room breakfast offered a good value for my short stay. With proximity to delicious local Kerala cuisine and the airport, the Cattleya strikes a balance between modest luxury and affordability, making it a savvy choice for travelers looking for both convenience and comfort.
